I am an experienced HR professional with over 13 years of specialization in the manufacturing domain. My journey spans across diverse sectors from textiles and heavy engineering to chemicals and telecom. Throughout my career I have consistently championed a philosophy rooted in compassion and understanding. I believe that the essence of leadership lies in our approach to people; without a deep-rooted passion for nurturing and leading them our endeavors can fall short. My professional trajectory is dotted with several accomplishments. I take pride in establishing an HR Department from its foundational stages ensuring it meets contemporary needs while preserving the crucial human touch. I have also taken the lead in streamlining HR processes by introducing the eHRIS system which has significantly enhanced data management and operational efficiency. Furthermore I've delved deep into job evaluations utilizing the Hay Group Methodology to its fullest potential. With a Master's degree in Personnel Management from Pune University I've combined theoretical knowledge with hands-on expertise to drive transformative HR strategies in every organization I've been a part of.
