About Jack Arkless
Having always been interested in food from young age I went from a budding chef, artisan baker and now to my current role in management. Having started my career as a chef in local pubs, I decided to make a change and expand my knowledge and understanding into the baking world. Training in craft bakeries and then moving on to artisan bakeries, I know I had found my true passion. This eventually brought me full circle and back to The School of Artisan Food, on the Welbeck Estate. Here I have been able to meet other passionate and enthusiastic people, develop my management skills while still involving myself in the baking world.
