About Jack Ashworth

I’m a 3D Artist and Game Designer (MA) with over 6 years’ experience in game development, spanning indie, and VR research projects. My background combines 3D art, level design, gameplay prototyping, and QA testing, giving me a well-rounded understanding of both the creative and technical sides of production. My career began in QA at PlayStation (2019–2021), where I tested and shipped titles such as Blood and Truth VR and Helldivers 2, with additional contributions to Returnal, The Last of Us Part II, and Destruction AllStars. I then moved into 3D art and design roles, releasing two mobile games (Pixel Path and Colour Climb) with Cyberwolf Studios, before spending four years at Nudge Reality (2021–2025) as the sole 3D Artist. At Nudge, I worked across the full 3D pipeline and co-designed VR projects for training, rehabilitation, and narrative gameplay. I specialise in 3D asset creation, environment building, and prototyping gameplay mechanics, with a strong foundation in QA and optimisation. My portfolio showcases both shipped titles and R&D prototypes: jackashworth.artstation.com. Currently, I am seeking new opportunities as a 3D Artist in the games industry, where I can contribute creative ideas, technical skill, and proven experience from both and indie development.
