In my role, I work with a team of warehouse operatives, drivers, and managers, to coordinate the loading, unloading, and distribution of goods and materials. I also handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, using my customer service skills to provide a positive and professional experience. I am motivated by the challenge and variety of my work, and I enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and departments. I bring a diverse perspective and experience to the team, as I have previously worked as a baggage handler at dnata, where I gained valuable skills in handling and transporting luggage. I am always eager to learn new skills and improve my performance, and I welcome feedback and guidance from my colleagues and supervisors.
