Through DECA, I gained valuable experience developing business presentations and solutions, which inspired me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in International Business from The University of Southern Mississippi. Throughout my academic career, I gained comprehensive knowledge in key business areas including accounting, finance, marketing, data analytics, and human resources. After completing my first course in HR, I discovered it combined the perfect mix of data analytics and fostering people development.
