About Jack Baptiste

I’m passionate about helping people and organizations embrace change with confidence. For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, enablement, and strategy — leading onboarding and change management programs that make transformation feel achievable, not overwhelming. From my time at Microsoft to my work with JPMorgan Chase, I’ve learned that real adoption isn’t just about tools — it’s about people. I’ve led programs that drove 90%+ adoption, boosted satisfaction to 98%, and inspired teams to reimagine how they collaborate. I love connecting with cross-functional partners, simplifying complexity, and building strategies that align vision with execution.Today, I’m focused on empowering partners and teams to navigate transformation through clear communication, data-driven insights, and storytelling that drives action.Outside of work, I’m a proud coach, mentor, and lifelong learner who believes the best leaders bring out the best in others — whether in the office, on the field, or in the community.
