About Jack Bateman

My position as Senior Policy Adviser and ANZIP lead at Infrastructure Partnerships Australia sees me engage in policy analysis and reform across the infrastructure sector. My role includes managing the day-to-day operations of Infrastructure Partnerships Australia's 'Australian and New Zealand Infrastructure Pipeline (ANZIP) website and using this database to draw insights on the Australian and New Zealand infrastructure markets. I graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2018 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and a Bachelor of International Studies - First Class Honours. I completed my thesis on ‘The geopolitical role of Kazakhstan and it's impact on the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative’. I am a high-level communicator both written and verbal owing to my research and work experience. I am a team player with an ability to work within and lead large teams. I thrive in challenging and dynamic environments that allow me to develop and learn new things.
