I’m a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Sports Media and Communications and currently work as an Account Administrator at Lockton, specializing in Property & Casualty insurance. In my role, I handle day-to-day account management, including policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims assistance. I work directly with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting, all while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. My background in media sharpened my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments. At Lockton, I’ve been able to carry those strengths forward while developing a deeper understanding of risk management, insurance operations, and client service. I take pride in building relationships, solving problems, and delivering work that is both thorough and reliable. I’m motivated by roles that allow me to combine strong communication, organization, and service-minded thinking to support teams and positively impact clients.
