I have recently graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a First Class Honours degree in BSc Sport and Exercise Nutrition. I am actively seeking employment and voluntary opportunities within the nutrition industry. During my degree I was an Assistant Nutritionist for Manchester Fayre as part of a one year placement. I was part of the Nutrition Team, providing catering service to over 90% of Manchester’s schools. The placement involved; delivering a variety of cooking classes/ workshops, daily menu planning, creating special dietary requirement menus, sourcing allergen information for a variety of products as well as many other projects throughout the year. I am working part time as a Property Viewer for Karl Tatler's Estate Agents and Lettings in Wirral. Within this role I accompany viewings with potential purchasers, providing excellent customer service, punctuality, engagement and enthusiasm to build a trusted relationship with every customer. I have volunteered as a Sports Nutritionist for Manchester Thunder Netball Academy delivering a 3 week rotation delivering a variety of nutrition sessions. I assisted cooking classes for Manchester City Football Club Academy including basic nutritional workshops. I also hosted some cooking classes and nutritional workshops for some of the Scholars at The Manchester Metropolitan University. I have other work experience in bars and restaurants. I have qualifications in the fitness industry as well as being trained in First Aid.
