About TCPM and myself, TCPM Ingenieurs & Adviseurs is an independent engineering and consultancy company with presence in the market segments Capital Goods, Food, Pharma, Oil & Gas and Marine. With more than 200 collegues working from 5 locations accros the Netherlands we support our international customers with integral solutions in their industrial environments. Our contribution is mostly concerning engineering, safety and projectmanagement. Growing business and moving teams forward, that bring technological solutions to market, suite my entrepreneurial spirit. It feeds my drive when innovations find their way to customers and really make a difference. The human touch is important for me, when collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders in marketing & sales, in R&D and in finding the right end to end connection to the customer. Whatever the position I always work with the same mission: Realize company goals by creating opportunities, develop innovating projects and programs, and challenge people to outperform themselves. This experience is gained in a wide variety of international markets that are served with products with a high degree of technological complexity and often with high impact on the customer's added value and business. Large companies like Philips, Canon-Oce, Alfa Laval and midsize companies like OTB, Nobleo, Foodjet and SPGprints all have their own charms and challenges. In all of them, the most fascinating part is to (explore and) contribute to what really moves the people, with whom to master the given challenges.
