During my 18 years in the performing arts industry I've managed a multitude of complex festivals, overseen dozens of new productions, toured nationally and internationally, created lauded designs for scores of companies, and produced a multi-million dollar feature film. I bring technical expertise, award-winning design capabilities, and a collaborative, positive approach to leadership. Particular skills include project and staff management, scheduling, contract negotiation, budgeting, technical direction, production design, and facility operations. I have collaborated with renowned artists and companies across various genres and disciplines. My mission is to create and support innovative, impactful, and diverse performances that inspire and engage audiences. My philosophy of management is simply that informed, engaged and respected teams will produce high quality work. Anticipatory and inclusive communication that preempts issues and leverages the experience of the entire team is the best tool to create sustainable production departments.
