About Jack Boon

I have worked in different financial sectors for the past 7 years, including investments, finance companies, pensions and working for companies that always try to give the best customer/business service as possible. my previous role was for Just Retirement, where I worked as a sales associate for their pension department. I loved working in sales for a financial company and ended up winning incentives including a free trip to Dubai for coming top of our yearly incentive. I currently work for Transact as a client service manager where I have learnt a lot about different types of investment wrappers, including ISAs, bonds, pensions etc. I work in conjunction with financial advisers, so my knowledge of the industry and the way I come across is very important. I have been lucky with the companies I have worked for as they have taught me a lot of my knowledge of different financial areas as well as always delivering a 5 star customer service.
