I led hiring efforts across all roles and experience levels in Newcastle, Manchester, and London, supported recruitment across Europe, managed graduate intake, and even spoke at regional universities to help inspire the next generation of tech talent. Prior to my move into recruitment, I gained valuable experience in tech inside sales, SaaS account management, and hospitality — all of which helped shape my people-first, relationship-driven approach to hiring.
