I am directly responsible for the overall operations of the Northeast Tarrant Chamber, which was established in 1957. Our team is annually tasked with increasing overall organizational net revenues, growing annual membership and developing new programs to enhance member value, all while staying within an annual budget and controlling overall costs. My responsibilities include working continuously national and state elected officials, our partner city officials from North Richland Hills, Richland Hills, Haltom City and Watauga while reporting monthly to the Chamber Board of Directors, working with the Birdville and Keller Independent School Districts as well as Chamber member companies- Have grown overall Chamber membership from 570 members to 1,014 members in 5 years - Gave Chamber new, updated look and feel with new logo, new website, and new promotional materials - Increased Chamber corporate package revenues by more than 20%- Increased event revenue by more than 24%- Decreased overall expenses by eliminating one part-time position, reviewing all vendor relationships and creating R&R Partner Program that has provided in-kind services at no cost - Initiated successful Chamber Quarterly Business Workshop program and multiple new networking groups that have attracted new members Are you a progressive, forward-thinking professional that understands the value of strategic planning and promotion, but needs a seasoned Executive to help you get there?
