I am a Recruitment expert with over 6 years’ experience working across a range of different industries now specialising to help connect the best clients and candidates across the Midlands and the Northwest within the Civils Sector. However… I do not like to work with my clients just in a transactional manner, I like to build relationships with my clients that last outside of the recruitment process. Speaking with over 70+ candidates a week really gives me an insight into many different situations different people find themselves in. I am not perfect and I will not be able to solve all of them but this really helps with understanding the different circumstances candidates find themselves in. I understand in my role I have the opportunity to make a massive difference in people lives which is just one of the many reasons why I love doing this job!
