About Jack Brown

With over 11 years in the construction industry, my role as an Estimator at Capital Paving and Construction centers on delivering projects on time and on time. My mission aligns with Capital's dedication to excellence in infrastructure development. I bring a diverse perspective to our team, ensuring that our projects reflect the highest standards of precision and functionality. My core competencies include a deep understanding of the design-bid-build and design-build processes, as well as CMAR and private procurement methodologies. Since 2014, I have been immersed in estimating and preconstruction services, focusing on highways, bridges, ADA improvements, and flatwork among others. My expertise in civil engineering and proficiency with industry technology enable me to create detailed estimates that ensure project feasibility and cost-effectiveness. This directly builds into the project management phase of projects. This role builds on my experience as a Project Manager and Estimator, where I honed my skills, contributing to the successful delivery of numerous heavy civil projects.
