About Jack Cappon

I am a highly organized, results-oriented, and versatile professional, with comprehensive experience in project management, electrical engineering, and quality assurance and control within naval industrial and nuclear domains. Over the course of my career, I have exhibited my leadership skills in developing, overseeing, and training cross-functional teams to boost productivity, enhance efficiency, and attain organizational goals and objectives. In addition, I have ensured proper enforcement of policy statements, operation orders, and directives to guarantee smooth operations and workflow. Equipped with solid interpersonal and communication aptitudes, I have established and strengthened productive rapport with individuals of diverse backgrounds. Currently, I am pursuing my masters degree in Project Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Furthermore, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Technical Management — Management Information Systems from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and other certifications such as, Microsoft Technology Associate (Networking Fundamentals), and Electronic Technician Maintenance School (ETMS) Certification.
