Jack is a licensed insolvency appointment taking Director at Begbies Traynor and provides restructuring/insolvency advice and solutions to directors of companies, as well as individuals, using his experience and the wealth of experience of his colleagues at Begbies Traynor.His experience in this sector varies and includes but is not limited to dealing with- Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations- Compulsory (Court) Liquidations- Members' Voluntary Liquidation (solvent liquidations)- Administrations, both director and bank instigated- Individual/Company Voluntary Arrangements- Bankruptcies- Law of Property Act Receiverships- Proceeds of Crime Act ReceivershipsUsing his knowledge of the above procedures, Jack also provides advice to creditors (those owed money by any individual or entity) on the options available to pursue their debtor(s). These options range from standard debt collection methods and negotiation through to instigation of formal insolvency proceedings and investigatory claims under the Insolvency Act 1986.Jack's experience in the insolvency and restructuring industry started in September 2009 when he started working for Begbies Traynor (having already spent some time working in debt collection for RBS) working mainly on the voluntary liquidations and administrations of small to medium sized limited companies, meeting with and offering advice and assistance to directors of insolvent companies.From January 2012 to March 2015 he worked for Chantrey Vellacott DFK (latterly CVR Global prior to its acquisition by Begbies Traynor group) working on a wide variety of insolvency procedures before returning to Begbies Traynor (London) in April 2015.Jack is JIEB qualified in both Corporate and Personal Insolvency and is now an appointment taking Director in Canary Wharf for Begbies Traynor.
