I’m a Lead Wells Engineer with over 20 years of experience in completions and interventions, across 13 countries, including deep water and unconventionals environments. My areas of accomplishment include well completion engineering, sand control, stimulations and fracture treatments, production engineering, and manufacturing design of oilfield tools, with publications and patents in my name supporting these activities. My history includes successful well engineering design and operations supervision in USA, Southeast Asia, Trinidad, Sakhalin, and China. I have led multiple teams, both formally as line manager and informally as a team leader to manage projects and deliver results. I’m experienced in developing and applying standardization to work processes for improved performance and safety. I enjoy providing hands-on training and mentoring to develop newer engineers. I have proven expertise in contracts and customer engagement to achieve mutual goals in prior roles of operations and sales manager. I am a Shell SME for Sand Control, and hold a Professional Engineer license in Texas.
