Chassis Technology and Europe(2020-2022): The company was established in 1973 and specializes in manufacturing automotive chassis parts, with three factories in Taiwan. My primary role in this company was a sales assistant, responsible for communicating with customers from the United States and Japan to understand their needs for automotive chassis components. Then, take orders, confirming production schedules, ensuring timely shipments, and handling customer complaints. Lucky Star Enterprise & Co,Ltd(2022-present): The company was established in 1968 and was one of Taiwan's top 100 grocery trade exporters. It has branch offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Dongguan, China, as well as in Texas, USA. My role at this company involves assisting factories in mainland China in meeting U.S. customer requirements for social compliance, quality assurance, and CTPAT security audits. This process requires a thorough understanding of customer regulations, discussing existing and potential issues with factories, and ensuring the effective implementation of customer standards. The company's primary clients are U.S. retail stores. The general goal of my job is to prevent violations of customers' zero-tolerance policies or critical issues while maintaining factory standards for social compliance, quality, and CTPAT security at the required level.
