I am a highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated Workforce Manager with excellent people skills and 17 years of call center support. I supervised a staff of 17 analysts, performed advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis to service approximately 7 million calls monthly adhering to the targeted objectives for each line of business across the Credit Card Services and the Treasury & Security Services organizations; all while minimizing expenses related to any excess capacity. As a Business Analysts, the fundamental role was to capture and maintain the right data, build strategy, and translate that into actionable steps and to communicate that action effectively to all ranks of leadership while being empathetic to the responsibilities of those we support.
