About Jack Curtin

I am an experienced consultant, project manager, and proposal manager, with expertise in non-dilutive funding opportunity identification, proposal development, US Government program management support, and Biotech and Pharmaceutical product development. I have an excellent attention to detail and a deep understanding of USG solicitation and funding mechanisms. I currently work as a Senior Associate Consultant at Latham BioPharm Group working with innovative clients in vaccine, therapeutic, diagnostic, and contract manufacturing. I primarily provide my expertise in USG funding to help identify and pursue government contracts and grants to help clients of various sizes and stages of development achieving their funding goals for their product R&D. I additionally provide support for government contract program and compliance management, strategic consulting, and product development planning. Prior to LBG, I worked at Customer Value Partners as a Senior Growth Analyst, managing large teams of technical experts in delivering competitive proposals in the IT and Professional service industries for Healthcare and Civilian agencies. I was the lead analyst for the HHS and NIH accounts, assisting executives in identifying, researching, and creating and executing strategies to pursue opportunities based on strategic value and technical capabilities. I contributed to CVP’s growth by leading and supporting proposal efforts and securing over $200M in non-dilutive funding during my 4-year tenure. I have an educational background in biology with a focus in neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to working at CVP, he worked as a research assistant in a neuropathology lab, where I used innovative technologies such as optogenetics to study the potential use of stem cells to treat traumatic brain injuries and diseases.
