About Jack D. Leach

Jack D. Leach is the founder and operator of Dymeng Services, a technology company offering custom business software solutions. Jack began his professional journey grateful for the opportunity to sweep floors in a manufacturing plant. Apparently managing a broom well enough, he was moved to a position that drilled into his head the concept of time is money and efficiency is time. Quickly he realized the ideal scenario of providing efficiency while exerting the least amount of actual human work. That worked well also, for some years later when the company was sold, Jack was the general manager for multiple East Coast branches. While manufacturing taught the importance of quality and efficiency, operations management made him realize how much he loved taking those characteristics and applying them to business processes. On the technical end, Jack has always been a nerd at heart. Programming glorified calculators with Borland C++ in his teens, he became serious about using technology after moving into management and realizing the capabilities of database applications. Through a great many mentors and technical community outlets, Jack eventually became a highly skilled programmer, followed by a deep interest in software architecture, process, and beyond. With shrewd insight into business operations, a deep understanding of technology’s most difficult areas, and a strong respect for quality and efficiency, Jack set out to form his own company doing what he does best: streamlining businesses with software. Jack has written for the software industry’s top publishers, speaks at leading conferences worldwide, and has won globally recognized awards for his commitment to the software community. He is highly focused on improving his own company and being a trusted consultant, partner, and best-in-class solutions provider for small and medium businesses across the nation. Jack also loves flying and has been a private pilot since 2011.
