About Jack Day

There are no traffic jams on the extra mile. This is the motto that my dad raised me on and it’s the mindset that I brought to my first job out of college, where Alex hired me as one of the first Business Development Representatives at InSync Healthcare Solutions. Using prefunded multiyear contracts helped our B2B SaaS company and my career grow rapidly. As an Account Executive, I closed over $3M in new business and became an expert in pitching this unique pricing model to hundreds of customers. Now, as an Advisor with Keystone, I share my experience with new vendors and help their sales teams master the same pitch that I did. After 4 years at InSync, I expanded my experience by working at different stage companies, Bootstrapped, Venture, and Publicly Traded. All this experience led me to realize one thing: none of these companies had anything close to the funding structure we had at InSync. Vendors wanted an annual contract and customers wanted to pay monthly. Upfront implementation and setup costs were becoming a major hurdle to overcome in the sales cycle. With the recent state of the economy, these objections became more frequent. I decided to team up with Alex at Keystone Growth Advisory to bring prefunded multiyear subscriptions to the rest of the market. When presented properly, this model can be a tool to remove objections, close more business, and make more money. My goal is to teach vendors how to properly position this model to their customers and help them grow their business. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and our dog, reading fiction novels, watching Florida State football climb our way back to glory, and pursuing my never-ending quest to grill the world’s best steak.
