About Jack Dibner

I would consider myself a versatile electronics designer and troubleshooter. My experience mostly consists of PCB design on communication and networking products but includes other designs such as power monitoring, as well. Several of my most important skills include-Designing, developing, and troubleshooting electronic designs from scratch (independently and with other engineers). This includes component selection, compliance considerations, future application considerations, layout considerations, software implications, cost analysis, manufacturing/test considerations and other design considerations-Diagnosing design flaws/limitations on designs I have worked on as well as products not of my origin -Working with a multidisciplinary team (including effectively delegating tasks to team members)-Managing projects to ensure every department is aware of responsibilities, deadlines, and other requirements. This also includes resolving manufacturing, purchasing, layout, compliance, and component issues. I also have experience with microcontroller programming (using C), VHDL design, and using TestStand for automated production testing. That said, my biggest strength probable lies in my ability and willingness to tackle problems and design challenges that are outside of my immediate experience.
