I am a driven and enthusiastic individual, with several years experience in retail covering, operational, hospitality, foods and clothing. Supporting and leading the launch of key events and policy changes. Working to achieve the KPI's myself and the team are responsible for and striving for best practice within the teams I lead and setting the standard of expectation. Reviewing profit and loss to ensure the store runs as efficiently and as profitable as it can be working the new initiatives and feeding back what is working and what could be improved to help the initiative succeed and support all areas of the business. My leadership style is very people centric and I love to grow and support talent and knowledge, my leadership style has helped to change a culture and engage the team and provide a happier and more efficient environment in the store and working with key stakeholders to build relationships. The culture I create is a very customer focused and sales driving culture, the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
