In my role, I focus on driving sales growth, improving membership retention, and boosting fan engagement. I collaborate closely with various departments across the club to enhance the offerings available to LFC Official Members, while also increasing awareness and sales for other key areas, including retail and club partnerships. Having recently transitioned into this role, I bring fresh insights and a strong academic foundation from my studies in Sports Marketing Management at Manchester Metropolitan University, where I was honoured to achieve the highest mark in my year. My drive to create impactful, data-driven marketing strategies allows me to continually contribute to LFC’s growth and success, while ensuring our loyal fanbase receives an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
