About Jack Evans

After completing my Level 3 BTEC in construction and the Built Environment and achieving a triple grade Distinction, I went to work at Land Surveying company based in Markethill, I worked there for two years learning how to undertake on site topographical surveys, utility surveys, Boundary Surveys, internal and external surveys and setting out processes. I used up to date Leica Geosystems capture technology such as the GPS, Total station and Laser scanner. To capture utility surveys I used the Utility Radar Detection equipment such as a GPR. At my time at Trueline surveys I got familiar with using cad to update and read drawings before delivering them to the client. After leaving Trueline, I have went back to further develop my education and my interest in property. I have started my first year in Real Estate at Ulster University Belfast. I am enjoying my modules in the course and learning about different sectors of the industry such as valuation, law and economics.
