My career has been focused on successfully enabling organisational resilience, safeguarding corporates assets, and delivering high-value risk and crisis management solutions. At Crisis24, I'm engaged in specialised security consulting and crisis response projects, including high-risk operations in Ukraine and the Middle East. I'm currently engaged in the development of enterprise-wide risk frameworks, conflict response projects, all hazard risk response including evacuation planning, and threat response. I have led strategic security projects in the UK and overseas. Previously, at CCL Secure, I led the transformation of risk and compliance function across EMEA, aligning them with strategic business goals. My tenure included overseeing contract compliance with global central banks, chairing governance and risk committees, and managing full scope security initiatives, including physical security, transport security, personnel security, asset protection, travel risk management along side safety and IT security. Earlier roles included managing security operations at Manchester Airport Group, leading executive protection programs, and conducting bespoke threat analysis and training consultancy assignments. My military background as a member of the Parachute Regiment further honed my capabilities in leadership, resilience, and rapid response under pressure.
