I’m currently an Account Manager at Esri Ireland, where I work closely with clients to understand their GIS needs and help them implement solutions that make a real difference. My role involves managing relationships with a range of organisations, from public sector bodies to private companies, guiding them through the adoption of ArcGIS technology, and ensuring they get the most out of their investment. I collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and professional services, to provide tailored solutions, support, and training. A big part of my work is helping clients see how GIS can be applied to their specific challenges, whether that’s improving operational efficiency, supporting planning decisions, or enabling better data-driven insights. Before this role, I worked as a GIS Consultant at Esri Ireland, helping clients implement GIS solutions to meet their specific needs. Earlier in my career, I was involved in GIS projects at Maynooth University, designing workshops and supporting students in applying GIS to real-world problems.
