I’m Jack Fleckney, co-founder of Legend Expeditions, where I specialise in leading luxury guided climbs of Mount Kilimanjaro and unforgettable Tanzanian safaris. As a Swahili speaker, I bring a deep connection to the region, ensuring authentic and immersive experiences for my clients. My passion for Tanzania drives every expedition, where I prioritize ethical practices—providing fair wages and top-quality equipment to our local teams—delivering both luxury and social responsibility. My journey here is built on a diverse foundation: I’ve served as a Royal Marine Commando, played professional rugby with London Wasps & Navy Rugby Union, and set world endurance records. Beyond adventure, I’m committed to making a difference. I've raised for different charities through different challenges. Most notably, rowing across the Atlantic Ocean, completing the toughest footrace in the world across the Sahara and kayaking the length of the most dangerous swamp in the world.
