In my most recent role as National Business Manager - Operations, I led nationwide initiatives to streamline processes, enhance performance, and deliver scalable solutions that supported company-wide growth. My previous experience as a State Manager sharpened my ability to lead regional teams, balance P&L responsibilities, and implement strategy at a local level, always with a focus toward customer value and operational efficiency.
