About Jack Glanzberg

I am an accomplished litigator with more then a decade of experience in property damage and insurance coverage litigation, declaratory judgment actions, defense & indemnity disputes, claims of broker negligence, and contractor negligence. Representing both plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and business I am a zealous advocate with significant trial and appeals experience in both State and Federal Court. I am also a Certified Mediator having received my certification from the internationally recognized, and court approved, Phoenix Dispute Resolutions program. I am also a member of the International Mediation Institute. I received a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics & Law from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and my juris doctorate from Pace Law School wherein I also received multiple commendations in trial advocacy and brief writing. I am admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, I have successfully argued before the Appellate Division, 1st and 2nd Departments, on several occasions. I have also been admitted pro hac vice in a number of cases in various counties throughout the State of New Jersey.
