About Jack Glupker

For the past few years I have intentionally put my career “on hold” in order to focus on other priorities (including my wife’s health). My current position has not been as challenging as I desire nor does it have intrinsic meaning that results in significant satisfaction. Open to a "mission" with a business, non - profit, church, or something unique. Experiences and skills that have been evident and affirmed in my career have included: • Casting/creating vision, strategic planning, fiscal integrity, successful capital campaigns; hiring, managing and coaching staff; servant - leader • Organizational development and restructuring, working with boards and committees, recruiting volunteers, and effective networking • Create healthy environments, team mindset, focus on vision and purpose • Overcoming obstacles, create momentum, solve problems, demonstrate passion and commitment to the vision, seeing growth through positive endeavors • Service on the Board of Governors for three non-profit organizations (18 years) including a large housing organization Key strengths I possess include: • Exemplary moral character and personal integrity; cheerful, consistent, responsible, self-motivated, and able to function independently • Excellent communication and relational skills (one-on-one, small and large groups); ex-tensive experience in delivering formal and casual presentations • Strong leadership, administrative and managerial skills, demonstrated in unique busi-ness and faith-based opportunities, including cross-cultural contexts
