Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Minnesota, I am passionate about enhancing my communication skills and applying them in various sales and service contexts. With minors in French and psychology, I also have a keen interest in learning about different cultures and human behavior. As a shift supervisor and assistant manager at Starbucks, I lead and motivate a team of baristas, creating a collaborative work environment and implementing innovative systems for efficiency and customer satisfaction. I am also part of the exclusive Future Leaders Program, where I develop my leadership potential and learn from the best in the industry. Additionally, I work as a box office attendant at the Xcel Energy Center, where I handle challenging situations with disgruntled customers, drive revenue growth through effective upselling techniques, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Upon graduation, I aim to secure a position as a sales representative or sales development, where I can leverage my communication prowess, customer service expertise and relationship building abilities.
