Current Customer Experience Program Specialist for Hyperscale Data Centers at Corning Optical Communications. I recently completed the BRiTE Commercial Rotational Program with Corning, attaining invaluable learning while working across four key business functions: Sales, Product Line Management, Engineering Services, and Marketing. Graduate of Wake Forest University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Enterprise Management, New Business Development concentration, along with a minor in Psychology. In my free time, I focus on developing my small business by refining product offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies. Through creative problem-solving and market research, I’ve optimized the brand and go-to-market strategy to better meet customer needs. I am known for my ability to connect with others through strong interpersonal communication skills. I strive to be goal-oriented and am motivated by a desire for innovation and a commitment to creating value for customers.
