As a senior information technology (IT) executive, I drive organizational advancement across pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotech, and medical device spaces by developing high-performing teams and creating strategic programs and detailed execution plans. I ensure complete accuracy across various functions, oversee multimillion-dollar budgets, and seamlessly resolve high-impact pain points for internal stakeholders by identifying opportunities to increase throughput and engineer optimal frameworks and technology capabilities. Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career: • Spearheading the Clinical Optimization Platform for the Accelerating Study Success (COMPASS) initiative to improve the management of active clinical trial performance at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company. I enabled a transition from fragmented, individual analyses to a single source of data insights on operational metrics. • Improving the number of projects delivered on time by creating a new R&D governance process that enabled a holistic view of the current project state while supporting self-service and optimizing team resource allocation. • Maintaining ownership of the GES data lake that consolidated multiple individual transaction systems at Ethicon. I enhanced Tableau-based reporting capabilities by delivering more intuitive and user-friendly reports to senior leadership. I also introduced automation enabling improved data flow, greater data integrity, and the elimination of opportunities for human error.
