I am a dedicated leader with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement. As the Team Captain team captain of my high school rugby team, I had the honor of leading my teammates to our first-ever state championship. This experience taught me the importance of collaboration, perseverance, and the impact that strong leadership can have on achieving collective goals. My journey is being continued at Indiana University, where I was recognized as Freshman of the Year for my first season of college rugby. This achievement reflects my commitment to hard work and my ability to contribute positively to any team environment. I believe that being a good teammate means building strong relationships, supporting others and striving for excellence together. My personal motto,"Leaving things better than I found them," drives my ambition to foster growth and transformation in both individuals and organizations. I aspire to become a manager who empowers others to reach their full potential, creating a culture of improvement and success.
