As part of a highly successful team of recruiters at Randstad, I specialise in recruiting Facility Managers and Coordinators across the Construction, Property and Engineering sectors in Victoria. I recruit for positions throughout the Facilities and Property Management space. Prior to my introduction to recruitment with Randstad, I had spent over 7 years in the Health and Fitness industry where I covered a variety of positions. After qualifying as a personal trainer I made the decision to use my knowledge and skills to go into a sales role in a gym, this gave me the opportunity to become an effective communicator, providing me with the necessary skills to develop trust and rapport with my current and future clients. I was able to excel in this position and was quickly promoted to a senior position. After 3 years as the National Sales Manager, leading sales teams for multiple facilities I made a transition over to HR Manager where I was in charge of HR and recruitment for the growing company. Having the experience of the fast pace world of sales teamed with the attention to detail that comes with HR, am confident in my ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
