About Jack Hannath

A committed high performance manager and health professional, I work with various sporting organisations and athletes to assist and improve their ongoing operational performance and efficiency, sporting program and athletic development, as well as holistic growth and life opportunities outside of the game. Over a decade of practical, real world experience in high performance sporting environments; currently working at Teamworks as the Manager of Customer Success overseeing a number of key accounts in the Asia Pacific region. My previous industry experience includes as an AFL footballer; Athlete Wellbeing Officer; Coach and Athlete Development officer; and various industry placements. This practical experience has been complimented with my undergraduate and postgraduate educational studies, establishing a robust and in-depth knowledge theoretical knowledge of elite level sport. I love having the ability to work both independently and as a cohesive team member to help facilitate practical and relatable performance tasks, to help strive towards the attainment of ambitious performance goals. I enjoy the chance to assist both individuals and organisations to navigate and overcome difficult challenges and take the opportunities presented to them, aiding their ability of being successful and resilient not just through their sporting endeavours, but their personal and professional lives as well.
