KEY STRENGTHS AND HIGHLIGHTS: • As a Strength & Conditioning Coach Intern, I developed tailored training programs focused on athlete safety and performance, applying the FITT principle to meet individual needs. • My role as an Operations Assistant at Super Bowl strengthened my adaptability and problem-solving skills in a high-stakes event environment, where I contributed to crowd coordination and enhanced fan engagement. • As a Track & Field Coach, I led teams to District and State Championships, inspiring athletes through individualized guidance. • Additionally, my experience in front-of-house operations at The Bison Den Bar & Grille and Pro Shop management at Dudley Hill Golf Club has reinforced my commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional, team-oriented environment. Beyond my professional experience, I dedicate over 20 hours/week to collegiate athletics, balancing competition, training, and academics.
