Jack joined KLM Real Estate from Burns Property Consultants in October 2016. He has over 13 years agency experience advising various tenants and landlords in the retail and leisure market. He is a Partner working in the retail agency team focusing mostly on central London and the surrounding suburbs. Jack deals predominately with retailer acquisitions in London and nationwide. His respected, strategic advice has led to successful expansion being implemented by established brands and new independents securing their first “bricks and mortar”. He works with large international groups like Puig and Experienced Capital Partners and his clients include Penhaligon’s, Jimmy Fairly, Oh My Cream, Sessun, Itsu, Sunspel, Sezane, Superga, Starbucks and Neal’s Yard Dairy. Jack’s landlord clients include John Lyon’s Charity, Patrizia, Gonville & Caius College and Orchard Street. Jack’s varied international client base shows he has the dynamic tools to advise different stakeholders effectively and efficiently, both cross sector and cross border. Jack is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Shop Agents Society. He is an avid Liverpool supporter and enjoys playing and watching all sports, particularly golf and running.
