I work within the Facilities team at Brake Bro based at there head office in Ashford Kent as well as looking after a building of 600 people I manage and oversee contractors and works at several Brakes contact centres, I'm in charge of the hard and soft service works which involves booking in and dealing with contractors, keeping up to date with the buildings compliance, Dealing with the Bsm and all mechanical machinery which includes AHU units, VT pumps, Boilers, Carrier chillers, Air conditioning, Water softener and hot water clarifier. I'm in charge of FRA, Environmental & energy and insurance inspection audits, With helping the company achieve 0% landfill and achieving work closely working with the budget arranging contractors and works to not overspend each month.I deal with any issues with our front of house aswell as security and cleaning contractors.I have C+ grades in all major subjects English, Maths, Science, P.E.Due to a successful couple of projects, I now project manage all works that happen through Brakes Bro head office Ashford as well as Covent Garden and the 7 contact centres through my Facilities Manager.
