I am an educational leader with experience in both building-level administration and district-wide curriculum leadership. My work has always centered on one goal: ensuring that teachers feel supported and students receive engaging, meaningful instruction. I'm a consistent and unwaveringly positive leader, and I thrive when working as part of a team. As a Social Studies Supervisor, I led division-wide initiatives, including transitioning from SOL tests to performance assessments, developing instructional resources, and managing a budget to support curriculum innovation. Now, as an Assistant Principal, I continue to drive instructional excellence by supervising the Social Studies Department, leading professional learning, and using data to improve student outcomes. Beyond curriculum, I have extensive experience in logistics management, program implementation, and strategic planning—whether coordinating district-wide social studies events, overseeing School Safety, or facilitating professional learning experiences that teachers find immediately applicable and engaging.
