As a founder of a start-up, I managed the day-to-day flow of operations and gained experience in the following- Project planning & time management - Company culture - Developing a product and market strategy- Supervising multiple teams- Hiring, developing and running an internship project - Collecting & analysing data to aid in decision making- Marketing & branding - Creating financial budgets and forecasts - Pitching & raising investment.This venture has also taught me a lot about myself and has helped me improve my resilience to dealing with pressure and increased my level of creative problem-solving. I have gained valuable experience in leadership and communication and an understanding of what makes a company work to achieve its goals.I am passionate about creating value for consumers through product development and helping build a company culture that is progressive and inclusive for everyone.
