About Jack Kensey

I am passionate about creating practical, strategic solutions and inspiring and motivating people in order to make real positive change. I have a unique collection of experiences but the common theme is making a difference and developing people. I am proud of my work history and of the progress that my staff and colleagues have made in a variety of industries. I wouldn't have gotten to where I am without being blessed to have some fantastic mentors. To those who have invested in me and helped me become who I am personally and professionally. THANK YOU! Notable achievements include- Being a father and husband - Establishment of a new Regional Office for Conservation Volunteers Australia - Plan, Design and Deliver Ecological restoration projects for a wide variety of clients both public and private across a broad set of ecologically diverse locations- Successfully lead investigations and compliance operations to address Illegal Dumping, Pollution and Building non-compliance among others- Development and Implementation of new and improved induction and training programs for City Rangers (parking and ordinance) leading to increased staff retention, improved morale and1 increase in staffing capabilities.
