Additional experience partnering with private equity backed businesses on Board, CEO and C-Suite succession in growth, turnaround and pre-IPO cycles. Joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2019, with prior experience in a boutique executive search firm in Australia working in the Financial Services and Technology practices. Brings an extensive network and passion for building relationships with the global Australian and New Zealand executive diaspora, particularly for leaders in the Banking, Payments and Technology spaces. Fluent in German and an avid traveler, having visited over 50 countries and lived in four. Passionate snowboarder and a cricket tragic.
