About Jack Kinder

An exceptionally hard-working individual with demonstrable commitment to progression and results. After reaching a ceiling in my career at Team Leader level, I identified that higher education and qualifications would help me push through. Subsequently, I taught myself 3 A Levels (Business Studies, Economics and Sociology) in just 10 months to earn my place on Manchester Metropolitan University’s Marketing Management (BA Hons) course. Throughout my full-time studies I also worked multiple jobs, including night shifts over the weekends. Alongside my studies and jobs, I also completed multiple courses via LinkedIn Learning and Google to further boost the value that I can deliver employers. In May 2022 I graduated from MMU with a 1st Class degree. After enjoying my first weekend without work or university assignments in 4 years, I also started a new full time role with Add People in May 2022. This role employs and further strengthens the strategic marketing, digital marketing, business acumen and communications skills that I possess. As ever, my personal goal remains career progression.
