About Jack Koebel

As a Mechanical Engineering Technologist with a strong interest in product design and manufacturing operations, I bring hands-on experience and a data-driven mindset to every project. I currently work as a Continuous Improvement Associate at Atlantic Packaging Products, where I lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes through data analysis and strategic implementation. My journey in manufacturing began at Ferrero as a Production Operator during four consecutive summer terms. There, I gained practical exposure to lean manufacturing principles and learned how to perform effectively in high-paced, quality-driven environments. I hold a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from Durham College, where I developed expertise in CAD, CNC machining, additive manufacturing, and product development. I’ve also completed certifications in Project Management Foundations, Six Sigma, and Rapid Prototyping—strengthening my ability to manage complex projects and make informed, results-oriented decisions.
