AIT at Amboy care nursing center and worked on getting my administrators license 2001-2004 Administrator LNHA at Amboy care worked on censes building team building and starting up a short term Rehab department. 2004-2006 Promoted to regional director for 5 other Nursing home facility's in south jersey Owned and operated by the same company Comprehensive Health Care Management, focused on day today issues, censes building and marketing. 2006- Palm Gardens nursing center, was hired to boost censes to fill the short term rehab unit. 2007- 2008 worked on approvals and constructing additional 18 bed certified vent unit 2009- started over seeing 2 additional facility's owned and operated by the same company 2011- built a penthouse state of the art rehab gym for one of the facility's. 2012- renovated an entire 80 bed 3 story short term rehab facility 2013- renovated an assisted living facility and an adult day care that was destroyed during hurricane sandy 2014-2015 worked on approvals for another 15 certified vent beds and built a 12 station Dialysis center. Worked with many high end specialized Architect firms, expeditors, contractors, consulting firms specializing in nursing home regulations and with Albany on all certifications and approvals, for DOH approval.
